Billy G. Cotter is the owner/broker of CENTURY 21 Regency Realty, Inc. Billy has held a real estate license for 50 years and is a Certified Residential Broker (CRB). He is an Enterprise native and graduated from Auburn University with a BS in Business Administration. He is a Vietnam Veteran. Billy and his wife, Marie, have been married for 47 years. They have 3 children and 5 grandchildren: Ivy, married to Harrison Warren, with daughter Anna; Adam, married to Katie, with sons Hagan, Luke, and daughter Kate; and Erin, married to Jonathan Tullos, with son Rushing.
